Frequently Asked Questions


  • What happens once the materials leave Bosphorus Imports' premises? Bosphorus Imports assumes no responsibility after the materials have left our warehouse. This includes materials that have been fabricated or installed.

  • What if the customer refuses a shipment from Bosphorus Imports? The customer will be responsible for the associated delivery charges in such cases.

  • Who is responsible for coordinating and funding return shipments? It is the customer's responsibility to handle the coordination and funding of return shipments.


  • Is there a time limit for returns? Yes, returns must be made within 30 calendar days.

  • What are the conditions for returns? All returns must be in their original packaging and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on special order products, custom orders or slab orders. Partial returns also will not be accepted. 

  • Will cash refunds be provided? Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds at this time.


  • What is your cancellation policy? All cancellation requests must be submitted within 10 days of accepting your sales order. Your refund will go back to your original form of payment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable unless agreed upon and written in the sales order.

  • Who can make purchases from Bosphorus Imports? Bosphorus Imports sells exclusively to dealers and distributors. If you are not a dealer or distributor and want to purchase Bosphorus products, please refer to our Find a Dealer page. Only customers who have a signed Master Agreement on file are eligible to make purchases from Bosphorus Imports.
